Heyst GmbH

In Germany, the start of professional life begins at the age of 19 on average – usually when schooling is completed. But one can also start an apprenticeship sooner or later. Either way: CarboTech is always a good address for a promising career in a future-oriented industry.

Four experienced trainers with different backgrounds and professions ensure that the daily work is practice-oriented and goes far beyond the well-known cliché of ” making coffee and coyping”. “In 2020, we were able to welcome an apprentice to our team who works as an electronics technician for industrial engineering. We are also already looking for metalworkers, electricians, machine and plant operators, industrial mechanics and industrial clerks for the upcoming year” says CarboTech Managing Director Daniel Böke.

Those who decide to start their career at CarboTech will benefit from a practice-oriented training, a say in the equipment, a training workshop that he or she can help to build up and a close-knit team. “It is particularly important to us that our ‘apprentices’ learn what is important in everyday working life through training, project work, exercises and the exchange with our experienced trainers. And at the same time, they should also take on responsibility – for example, in independent activities in the context of maintenance, troubleshooting or new construction or conversion of systems,” Daniel Böke explains.

Anyone who now has the urge to apply for the upcoming year at CarboTech: Proactive applications are possible at any time by e-mail to bewerbung@carbotech.de.
