These are Sascha Vornweg in his role as Commercial Director (appointed on October 1, 2024) and Daniel Mandau in his role as Service Division Manager. The two new members have already been part of CarboTech for years and have done valuable groundwork in their areas of responsibility, the results of which are already paying off with a completely new strategic direction for the respective areas.
“We are delighted to have gained two important new pillars for the future development of the CarboTech Group with our new members of the Executive Board, who will consistently drive forward our growth strategy and bring new facets to the Executive Board through their focus areas, which are so important for the change process to the CarboTech of the future,” says Daniel Böke.
“I started as a finance trainee at CarboTech a few years ago and today I am part of the management team. This development is a wonderful example of the opportunities CarboTech offers as an employer for young talents. Because the principle here is: if you want to, you can,” adds Sascha Vornweg.
“I am looking forward to being a driving force for change within the company and thus further expanding and harnessing CarboTech’s strong growth potential. So far, I have focused on the service area and its development. In my new role, I can now contribute my broad knowledge even more fully,” adds Daniel Mandau.
With this strong alliance, the Essen-based activated carbon manufacturer is relying on a management team rich in expertise to continue the path towards more growth and modernization that began in 2019 and thus position itself for the future in important areas in order to remain competitive.
