Essen, 13.05.24 – Customer and future-oriented. This is how the full-service provider CarboTech is starting the new financial year in the field of activated carbon.

The Essen-based company has been implementing this strong statement in the form of its own company philosophy for many years and consistently invests in sustainable processes and the development of innovative products – all of which can be customized on request.

Activated carbon is an integral part of the biogas production process. It is used, for example, to remove hydrogen sulphide, siloxanes and other volatile organic compounds (VOCs). It ensures that wear on engines or catalytic converters is minimized when biogas is used in power generation and enables the biogas to achieve a significantly higher level of efficiency through purification.

Whether impregnated or non-impregnated activated carbon pellets: our customers can rely on receiving a consistently high, certified product quality on which they can build with confidence. The same applies to our carbon molecular sieves.
