Our Plug & Clean-Systems are the convenient solution for almost any application, giving you simple access to the adsorption capabilities of our activated carbon. They are available in different sizes. CarboTech’s Plug & Clean-Systems units come appropriately equipped for their intended purposes. We deliver them and set them up for you, meaning they’re immediately ready for action.

Our plug & clean promise

Simply hire one or more of our Plug & Clean-Systems units. This way, there’s no need for your own filtration systems, and no retrofitting. Alternatively, you also have the option of buying our Plug & Clean systems. Talk to our experts so that they can find the most economical solution for you. Here’s our Plug & Clean promise: Our Plug & Clean-Systems units will enable you to clean gaseous or liquid substances quickly and easily.

We’ll also replace them after use without any loss of performance. It goes without saying that changeover times will be kept short, with the minimum of hassle. We’ll take care of all the supply and disposal processes.

Applications

Liquid phase

• Treatment of landfill leachate (humic substances, AOX, EOX), industrial waste water and condensate
• De-watering during construction activities, pumping tests and remediation of contaminated sites
• Cleaning of final products in the chemical industry
• Retention of pyrolysis gasoline, benzene, toluene, xylene, styrene and amines

Gas phase

• Cleaning of biogas, landfill gas and residual gas (siloxanes, H2S, mercaptans)
• Adsorption of solvents
• Tank breathing and tank exhaust air purification
• Desulphurisation of exhaust gases
