What you will do for us:
- Supporting the commercial manager in day-to-day operations
- Creating, preparing and analysing relevant key figures throughout the business process
(from order receipt to delivery) - Conducting deviation analyses and deriving specific recommendations for action
- Preparing and presenting reports for management and shareholders
- Preparing monthly management reports
- Assisting with monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in
accordance with HGB/IFRS in cooperation with Group Accounting - Supporting liquidity planning and actively managing trade working capital (TWC)

Your role:
In our new business model, we combine technical sales with application expertise as a trading company offering
services. Acting as the link between customers, applications and the sales team, you will ensure that our
products are understood from a technical perspective, used correctly and successfully marketed.Your Responsibilities:
- Providing technical advice to customers on activated carbon, adsorption and applications
(gas / water / industrial processes) - Supporting the sales team on complex customer projects
- Assessing customer requirements and translating them into technical solutions
- Collaborating with external laboratories and partners for analysis and product evaluation
- Supporting the introduction of new products and suppliers
- Contributing to the further development of our product portfolio
- Providing technical support for quotations and projects
- Close coordination with international sales, sourcing and management
Your profile:
- Degree in engineering or natural sciences (e.g. chemistry, process engineering,
environmental engineering) or equivalent qualification - Experience in one of the following areas:
– Activated carbon / adsorption
– Water or gas treatment
– Chemical process engineering - Understanding of technical customer requirements and economic contexts
- Ability to communicate complex content clearly
- Structured and independent working style
- Good command of English

- Service technology for changing activated carbon with travel component
- Instruction of customers in the operation of the system
- Maintenance, cleaning and functional testing of adsorbers
- Change of activated carbon for the gas and water phase
- Sampling from the adsorbers
- Operation and maintenance of the in-house water treatment system
- Logistical activities, independent provision of materials
What you should bring with you:
- Previous technical knowledge as well as technical savvy required
- Confident knowledge of German, both written and spoken
- Several years of experience in the field of exhaust air, wastewater technology or plant construction desirable
- Accuracy, sense of responsibility
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Technical interest and analytical thinking
