Reactivation

Reactivating activated carbon enables it to be used several times over. This makes it very different from many other filtration materials. During reactivation, the bound pollutants are removed and the pores are reopened. The activated carbon is then regenerated, meaning that it is just as absorbent as it was before initial use.
